Finding Normal - Going to Therapy

Most people are resistant to the idea of going to therapy, but sometimes you're too close to your own situation. Sometimes, you need someone to point out to you when something is wrong.


Being worthful means being full of worth. It's a way to learn how to respect yourself, whether that's by respecting your feelings, your needs, your desires, or who you are as a person. It wasn't something I felt before.
